Reservation and Payment: Guests must make a reservation for the Serviced Apartment in advance. The reservation will only be considered confirmed once payment has been made in full. Payment can be made via online bank transfer or during check-in.

Housekeeping: The Serviced Apartment will be cleaned before each guest’s arrival. Guests are expected to maintain the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Additional housekeeping services can be arranged for an extra fee.

Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 7 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund. Any cancellation made after the stipulated cancellation date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit paid.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00pm . Early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged, but are subject to availability.

Occupancy: The Serviced Apartment has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests, including a maximum of 4 adults. Additional guests beyond this limit will not be permitted to stay overnight.

Smoking and Pets: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, within, and around the Serviced Apartment. Additionally, pets are not allowed on the property.

Maintenance and Damage: The Serviced Apartment will be inspected before and after each guest’s stay. Any damage or issues caused by the guest must be reported to the Property Manager immediately. The guest will be held responsible for any damage incurred during their stay and will be charged for the repair or replacement costs.

Noise and Behavior: Guests must respect the quiet hours between 10:00PM and 8:00AM. Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Guests who violate this policy may be asked to leave. Any disruptive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without a refund.

Amenities: The Serviced Apartment is equipped with basic amenities, including linens, towels, kitchen appliances, and utensils. Any additional amenities requested by the guest can be provided for an extra fee.
